Documents required to apply for an enterprise Loan

The main document in the Loan application:

  (1) Loan application form (can be downloaded on the bank's website).
  (2) Registration of juristic person enterprise that has passed the annual inspection.
  (3) Brief history of the company and business plan for the year 2014.
  (4) Company rules (if any changes must be registered in the change).
  (5) Tax certificate (for the past 03 years).
  (6) Financial certificate of enterprise registration.
  (7) Foreign investment license.
  (8) Certificate of Legal Representative.
  (9) Biography of the legal representative and a copy of ID card (passport, certificate of address).
  (10) Copy of ID card of the shareholders.
  (11) List of company executives along with resume.
  (12) Power of attorney and a copy of the power of attorney.
  (13) report financial passed inspection by auditors over 03 years ago and now (Table property debt, depreciation, table cash flows, if the company has established a 03 years report account activity since the establishment onwards) and documents attached.
  (14) Stamp sample, signature of legal representative, Board of Directors and Delegate.
  (15) Loan application and decision of the Board of Directors (shareholders' meeting).
  (16) Bank Statement for 03 months or more.
  (17) Water and electricity bills for 3 months or more.
  (18) Sales contract, agreement, purchase order or will.
  (19) Land lease agreement for production, house lease agreement.

For construction and installation companies, the following additional documents must be submitted:

  (1) Professional certificate.
  (2) Project license.
  (3) Construction and installation contract.
  (4) Self-funding and other construction funding sources and documents certifying the exact source of funding.

For construction projects, the technical improvement project requires the following additional documents:

  (1) Project Status Report (Project Brief Report, Project Evaluation, Project Worksheet, Project Progress Schedule).
  (2) Project construction funds, other construction funds, production turnover funding plan, and relevant documents or contracts to certify the exact source of funding.
  (3) Progress Report on Early Preparation of the Project.
  (4) Confirmation of construction conditions:
  ① Confirmation of land use and permit documents.
  ② Sources of raw materials for production and Endorsement.
  ③ Water, electricity, gas and warranty conditions.
  ④ AcLoanation of transportation conditions.
  (5) Contracts or agreements for the purchase of mechanical and construction equipment.
  (6) Environmental protection measures and approval letter (if any must supply).
  (7) Foreign trade enterprises must apply for a license to conduct import and export business.
  (8) Note: All the above documents must supply one document, with the seal of the company comes.

The main document in the guarantee application

Ø Documents required for guarantee include:

   (1) The information of the guarantor and the applicant get a loan must to match.
  (2) The agreement of the Board of Directors (shareholders) to apply for the guarantee.
  (3) Other documents that the Bank deems necessary.

Ø Documents required for bonding (pawn) are:

  - Registration of juristic person enterprise that has passed the annual inspection.
  - Tax certificate (for the past 01 year).
  - Company stamp (if there is a change, it must be registered in the change).
  - Financial Certificate for Enterprise Registration.
  - The agreement of the Board of Directors (shareholders) on the deposit.

Note:

   All the above documents must supply one document, with the seal of the company comes.
